Leslie Carder partners with clients to ensure that they have the talent needed to achieve business results. Well-versed in the development and delivery of customized assessment and HR strategies for recruitment and talent management, Leslie has helped clients connect their talent strategy to their business strategy. She also partners with clients to identify and close performance gaps. As an executive coach, her approach is direct, supportive, and focused on practical results. Her areas of coaching specialty include high potential development, onboarding, career transitions, and performance issues. Clients she coaches are business leaders at all levels facing complex and shifting challenges. Each coaching engagement is customized to the individual’s needs and goals and designed for tangible results and sustainable change.
Prior to co-founding Carson Consulting in 2007, she spent a number of years as a senior consultant in the coaching and assessment practice of a larger HR consulting firm.
A Dallas native, Leslie attended The Hockaday School and the University of Mississippi. She completed a master’s degree as well as all the coursework for a Ph.D. in psychology at Southern Methodist University.
