Lois Glasgow has over thirty years of experience as a professional, business owner, and consultant. As a psychologist with a business background, she combines deep experience with her passion for leadership to benefit organizations and individual leaders. She partners with clients to provide executive coaching, executive assessment, succession planning, and leadership development programs. As an executive coach, Lois takes a supportive approach that focuses on accelerating change where it will have the greatest impact for the leader and the organization. Her coaching clients include senior executives and leaders at all levels.
Prior to co-founding Carson Consulting in 2007, Lois spent nearly 12 years managing the coaching and executive assessment practice for a larger human resources consulting firm. In her early career, she worked as a CPA for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and later as a corporate lending officer for a large national bank. Because of this background, she has been exposed to a wide variety of business situations. This serves her well as a coach and consultant; she understands the unique challenges business leaders face because she has experienced them first-hand.
A licensed psychologist in the state of Texas, Lois earned her Ph.D. and master’s degree in psychology from Southern Methodist University. She also earned a master’s degree in management from Carnegie-Mellon University and her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Grove City College in Pennsylvania.
